We’ve been hard at work the last few months on increasing our space, team, and brewing capacity. From expanding our physical space and upgrading equipment, to hiring new people and updating our website, we’re excited to grow and bring you more beer.
So, what exactly has been going on?
A new brewhouse. We upgraded from a 4bbl to a 10bbl system, increasing our brewing capacity. We purchased new fermenters, a foudre, new bottling and labeling equipment, and an automated canning line. Our first canning run was on Nov. 14, with many more to come.
Expanded space. We signed the lease for Suite 2 in October and tore down the connecting wall. This new space will be home to our fermenters, barrels, and packaging lines. It will also allow us to expand our tasting room space. The full move should be completed by the end of January.
What’s ahead for 4QBC?
A larger tasting room. We’ll be adding more seating and additional days/hours of operation, and we’re working to bring in food for your enjoyment (charcuterie, grilled cheese, sushi).
Regular can and bottle releases. We’re getting into a flow where we can bring you fresh cans and new bottle offerings bi-weekly. Check our tasting room page and follow us on social media for latest updates. We’ll also announce each month’s release calendar in our newsletter, so be sure to subscribe.
Stargazers Membership. Want to join us for beer previews, beer dinners, and first access to releases? We’re solidifying the details for a membership program, to be launched in the new year. We’ll have more information for you very soon.
Live music, parties, vinyl nights, etc etc etc. We can’t wait for you to see the completed expansion, and for the opportunity to have larger and more regular events. Have ideas? Send ’em our way.
In the meantime, we are open during our regular tasting room hours. We have a few upcoming can and bottle releases, outlined here. Thank you for all of your ongoing support and we hope to see you soon!
