With our recent expansion, our increase in production and space has created a few exciting opportunities. A general manager, bartenders, and servers are needed at this time.
A new general manager would be taking responsibility for the taproom and managing bartenders/servers. Over the next few months we anticipate the taproom will: offer food (we are in the works to have our restaurant license approved), increase hours, and increase outdoor patio space. An ideal general manager has experience with food ordering and prep, managing the bar schedule/bartenders and servers, point-of-sale (Square), keg/can inventory for taproom sales, proficiency in beverage dispensing systems, bartending, etc.
Our bartenders provide excellent, interactive, and knowledgeable service as well as help customers engage with the Four Quarters brand. Proficiency or knowledge in beverage dispensing systems is desired, as well as an understanding of the brewing process and beer styles, and familiarity with the current craft beer landscape. Servers will assist bartenders with busing glassware, serving food, taking orders outside and inside the taproom, making can/bottle sales, assisting with pouring beers as needed.
All employees at Four Quarters wear many hats. Our team is expected to assist in all facets of the brewery and step into new roles as they arise. Must be available to work weekends.
