Bevie Bomb – Inspired by an Irish Car Bomb, and named after Winooski’s Beverage Warehouse, Bevie Bomb is an imperial milk stout aged in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels and conditioned on almonds, cocoa nibs, and coffee beans, 9%
BIG Umbrellas – Sour ale with toasted coconut & pineapple, 8%
Brewgrass Summer Wheat – Sour wheat ale with blueberries & lemongrass, 4.5%
Chrysalis – Citra dry hopped lightly smoked red ale, 7%
Cootie Brown – Brown ale brewed with Vermont-grown hemp seeds and Nugget hops, 6%
Double Comet
– Double IPA with Comet hops, 8%
Five Horizons – Pale ale brewed with five grains (barley, oats, wheat, maize, and rice) & five hops (Azacca, Ekuanot, Galaxy, Mosaic, and Nugget), 5.6%
Fleur de Lis – Tart saison fermented and aged in red wine barrels, 4.4%
Fleur Sauvage – Our first spontaneously fermented beer, exposed to the Winooski wilds, fermented in wine barrels, and naturally conditioned in bottles. The Winooski wilds have crafted an exceptional beer, with flavors and aromas reminiscent of blackberry pie, 4.4%
Flood of Sunshine – Collaboration with Minor Key Brewing. Tart witbier with orange, mango, and raspberries, 7.5%
4 Quarterez – Mojito-inspired sour ale with orange zest, juice, and spearmint, 4.5%
Funky Monkey – Wheat IPA with Citra, 6.8%
Gerard’s Sour Ale  Saison soured with Gerard’s sourdough bread, 3.5%
Ghosts in the Sky – Double IPA with Galaxy and Ella hops, 8%
Great Bear – Lightly smoked, chocolate oatmeal brown ale, 6%
Hopapaluca – Double IPA with Azacca, Comet, Galaxy, and Nugget hops, 8%
Horn of the Moon – Witbier with sweet and bitter orange peel, 5.9%
Juniper Rose – IPA with Pink Boots Society hop blend and hibiscus, 7.3%
Little Umbrellas – Sour ale with toasted coconut & pineapple, 3.5%

Morning Star – Imperial breakfast stout brewed with lactose, maple syrup, and coffee, 9%
Mosaic Mule – Saison brewed with fresh ginger and lime zest/juice, dry-hopped with Mosaic hops, 4.7%
Gin Barrel-aged Moscow Mule – Saison brewed with fresh ginger and lime zest, then aged in Caledonia Spirits’ TomCat gin barrels, 4.7%
Opus Dei – Belgian Patersbier, 4.4%
Paddle On – Brut-inspired IPA with Mosaic and Ella hops, 7%
Phaze – American pale ale, 6.5%
Pickleback – Sour ale fermented in wine barrels, transferred to Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, and finally conditioned on honeydew, cucumbers, and fresh dill, 5.2%
Pickle Juice – Sour ale conditioned on honeydew, cucumber, and fresh dill, 4.5%
Piña Peño – Sour ale with pineapple, jalapeño, and sea salt, 4.5%
RUMbrellas – “Little Umbrellas” a sour ale with toasted coconut and pineapple, aged in St. Croix rum barrels, 3.5%
Schmilsson – Sour ale with lime, toasted coconut, and sea salt, 5.5%
S’mores Stout – Imperial milk stout conditioned on an obscene amount of marshmallows, milk chocolate & graham crackers, 9%
Sirens’ Song – Chocolate sea salt baltic porter, 9%
Space Face – Double IPA with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops, 7.7%
Strawberry Chocolate Drop – Imperial milk stout with chocolate and strawberries, 9%
Sumac Sour – Belgian Patersbier soured exclusively with locally harvested Staghorn sumac, 4%
Sundog – Double IPA with Citra & Amarillo hops, 8%
Tequila Sunrise – Inspired by the popular cocktail, Tequila Sunrise is our flagship sour ale Fleur de Lis, fermented in wine barrels, transferred to tequila barrels, and conditioned on orange zest and juice, pomegranates, sour cherries, and almonds, 4.5%
Tomato Basil Fleur de Lis – Fleur De Lis conditioned on roasted tomatoes and fresh basil, 4.5%
